Night Stalker

Darkness: my immortal playground.
Long centuries I've haunted
Her shadows whilst you've slept so sound:
Oblivious & undaunted.

Guaranteed, you'll see me soon,
Or glimpse me in a dream,
As guided by the waning moon
You join my dead

A promise that - I'll make you!
But 'til that time...tonight:
I haunt another's avenue
To heed her silent plight.

Alive, she lies before me:
This half-clad maiden dozes;
Neck so bare, I'm in her head...
lillies & white roses.

I feel her life coarse through my veins,
My eyes, long fangs, stained red.
So little of her soul remains:
Another bride – undead!
